EASY Homemade BBQ sauce

This is an easy recipe for some great BBQ sauce that goes really really well with chicken or pork.

1 1/2 cup Heinz Ketchup
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tablespoon White Vinegar
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
2 teaspoon Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Chipotle Chili Powder
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
3/4 teaspoon Celery Salt
1 1/2 teaspoon Table Salt (sea salt works too)
1 teaspoon Hot Sauce (Boars Head Jalapeno or Louisiana)
2 Tablespoon Honey (real honey)

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and slowly heat and stir for about 10 minutes. Do NOT bring to a boil!

*For SPICIER sauce - change recipe to 2 teaspoons Chipotle, 1 teaspoon Chili, and 2 teaspoons hot sauce

*For MILDER sauce - Leave out Chipotle powder and hot sauce

This sauce is GREAT and easy! I just made 3 lbs of pulled chicken with it and we ran out!
